This light and breezy skirt is cut shorter at the front (so it dips down in the back) with a panel of mushrooms and grass I hand-painted, and a sweet ruffle tier. So cute! I used a beautiful tan paisley print cotton. Drawstring/elastic waist for comfortable fit. I tied wooden beads onto the ends of the drawstring.
Measurements:
Waist: Will fit up to a 40 inch waistline
