I really love this dress!! I used a variety of purple, green, cream, and brown fabrics including a gorgeous leafy batik and a leafy quilter's cotton. The bodice is a soft cotton twill. The front features some lovely leaves and vine appliques. I love the way they turned out. Hand-drawn, cut, heat fused, and satin stitched to last of course! Bodice is fully lined and adjusts via the 2 sets of loops on the backside when tied corset style with the nice wide straps. The back is my original closed smocked back design. Adjusts perfectly and you can wear a strapless bra with this dress (if you want to, of course). The skirting is tiers of my unique slanted patchwork. Very unique and beautiful dress - perfect for anything!!
