Adorable reconstructed purple top, made from a purple tank. It has the sweetest ruffle and pleats bib front with a little collar and cute flutter sleeves. I lengthened the bottom, gave it elasticized princess sleeves. There are two functional buttons at the front and a sash that ties at the back for a flattering fit.
