This top was made out of cotton jersey, and cotton and cotton blend fabrics.
On the front of the top I appliqued the sweetest fish. Check out the close-up picture..I hand-frayed its little tail :) hehe So cute.
The sleeves are made of a vintage floral print cotton, and a cotton blend fabric that is kind of sparkly...very pretty. There is elastic in the sleeve cuffs....they are meant to fit loose!
