This is one of my all-time favorite creations! I love it so, so sooo much, I really don't want to sell it .......!! This light and breezy skirt has wrap styling with navy-blue waistband and nice long ties to keep it securely around your waist. A double-tiered bright pink and light blue ruffle will tickle your toes as a hem. The main fabric of the skirt is a beautiful pink, blue, green, and orange floral print cotton. It's a light-weight fabric, so I'm including the (brand new) petticoat worn in the pictures with the skirt!!! There is a unique floral applique on the front. The hem has my signature scalloped edge. Loveloveeee!!!!
