This sweet little dress is cut short to keep cool and play in all day! Made from the happiest cotton calico fabric!!, a solid blue cotton, and a light blue cotton with tiny dot print. Bodice is smocked. Navy-blue cotton straps lace down the back for an adjustable fit. Extremely comfortable. Nice rounded pocket with hand-painted flowers applique. Lots of pretty decorative flower topstitching at the hem and on the pocket.
