This is my new favourite dress :)
I made this dress out of purple, green, and blue quilt shop cottons and linens.
The front of the dress is the most gorgeous variegrated purple. I've appliqued my leaves and vines. They wrap all the way around the dress. There are butterflies perched on the leaves! Soooo beautiful!!!
The ties lace down the back through 3 sets of loops. They are nice and wide, and longggggggg!
The bodice is fully lined and darted and made out of corduroy cotton. This bodice is great for bigger busts! You will have full coverage. The front of the bodice has a gorgeous applique of a butterfly.
My *ORIGINAL* and unique SMOCKED backing with corset style back will contour to fit your body perfectly. You can wear a strapless bra with this dress if you want to :) Extremely comfortable!!!
The bottom of the dress is done in my slanted patchwork tiers design...and is SCALLOPED edged! I've appliqued *vintage* butterflies at the back of the dress...and smaller ones in the tiers!
